The Family business was established in 1973 by my parents, in our home, in Camden County. After 5 years we managed to create a viable catering business that demanded our family to expand to a larger location. We settled on a location on the Black Horse Pike in Blackwood which became a land mark delicatessen and catering business. In 1996, I inherited the business from my parents, who retired in Arizona. Presently this second generation catering business has expanded to a banquet facility and a viable off premise business which services the Delaware Valley . We also run a main Comesary in Cumberland County and are presently working with Nutrition programs to balance meals for children and senior citizens which demand special menus for allergies and restrictions. With three decades of experience the Scarpinato Family has diversivied the food business to accomadate industrial , corporate and expanded menus to service the private sector with the main focus on quality and customer service. The experience has been very fulfilling for me to be able to be a part of the second generation for customers which really makes this a family commitment. |
